As a CRM & Business Intelligence trainee, you will support projects related to CRM and other Commercial Excellence (CommEx) systems to deliver core capabilities to Alcon in the areas of Sales and Marketing.
You will support data and functional elements of the commercial teams initiatives to rapidly accelerate adoption to drive impact.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Support International team to manage, report, track and organize ticketing systemSupport International team to build relevant documentation over governed toolsSupport local deployment, training and engagement on core CommEx platforms (e. g. , Salesforce.com, Pitcher, Marketing Cloud and Einstein Analytics)Understand data quality within Salesforce environment and support functional experts responsible for master data quality with insights and recommendations (e. g. , customer account and professional set-up, sales data, etc. )Support the team with CommEx data integration and reporting needsAll the above tasks will be performed supporting the International Solution Delivery team. You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or another related quantitative fieldProficiency in English, Spanish as a plusHigh learning agilitySelf-motivationExcellent data analytics skillsKnowledge of any analytics tool (e. g. , Alteryx) or CRM (Salesforce) as a nice to haveHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON: A great exposure to the main activities within the Commercial Excellence department with the chance to gain exposure at international level in a very collaborative teamA flexible work environment with competent and committed colleagues.
