**Ariston Group**, in order to grow the capabilities of its Marketing Department is looking for a:

**CRM & Loyalty intern

The role, reporting to the CRM Manager Italy, will contribute to the evolution of loyalty and promotion activities for the Italian Market.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support on CRM activities and marketing initiatives, based on database analysis

- Support CRM database development

- Monitor KPIs defined for different targets and campaigns

- Support on leads/contacts management as well as on-field activities

- Support the continuous improvement of the CRM system

- Master's degree in business/economics or similar

- Strong analytical skills

- Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis

- Ability to work in a team

- Excellent English knowledge

Energy, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm and passion for marketing activities, along with relational, organizational and presentations skills, problem solving and results orientation complete the profile.
