**Main Responsibilities / Activities
We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talents, to join us at our CRM team in Bologna Headquarter.
You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved in innovative projects aimed at Implement CRM2. 0 software for all Coesia companies.
The main activities of Internship are:
- Implement CRM2. 0 for Coesia companies
- Time plan follow-up
- Support data cleansing and data preparation for migration,
- Assist user training arrangement
- Prepare training material
- Maintain the CRM2. 0 system
- Maintain configuration tables maintenance;
- Users configuration
- Support those companies who have already migrated to CRM2
- User support
- Develop the system
- Monitor the usage of the system
The tasks of these person will be quite diversified: from creating training material (ppt) to coordinating tasks between different stakeholders and finally drive certain sub-tasks in order to support the implementation of CRM2. 0 to all the Coesia Companies.
**Key Competences / Leadership Attributes
**Basic Requirements
- Fluent English both written and spoken;
- Good communication skills and structured thinking and organization;
- Flexible and creative approach;
- Good MS Office (Excel, ppt.
)
Project management experience or previous experience with CRM system (is an advantage.
