**Role Overview

As a **CRM Administrator**, you'll be part of the Product team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various products essential for Satispay's success.

Your main responsibility will be ensuring the effective management of all SaaS platforms, guaranteeing clear design and proper structure for the tools in use.

Your mission:

- ** Design automated workflows.

** Create and implement automated workflows for the Business Development team on the SaaS platform.

- ** Marketing automation.

** Collaborate with the Marketing team to automate their activities using top SaaS tools.

- ** User and role management.

** Manage users and roles within the SaaS platforms and tools.

- ** Customer Care optimization.

** Analyze requirements from Customer Care to enhance their efficiency on the SaaS platform.

- ** Tech team integration.

** Work with the Tech team to explore potential integrations of SaaS tools with the Satispay platform.

- ** Roll-out planning.

** Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute successful roll-out plans for new SaaS tools.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Relevant educational background.

**You own a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- ** Analytical and technical Skills.

**You possess a strong analytical approach and logical thinking, with basic knowledge of databases or programming languages considered a plus.
