Main responsibilities: - Collaborate with the BizOps team and support its operations related to the CRM (HubSpot) - Ensure constant updates on the CRM related to clients' interactions and requests - Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM - Be well versed in building CRM reports - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM activities - Support special project activities like data migration and integrations as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and objectives - Support to set, monitor, and analyze internal alerts to increase efficiency across teams - Constantly interact with the Revenues, Portfolio, and Product teams to manage internal workflow - Support activities for landing pages/forms/emails/newsletters and other ad hoc marketing material - Focus on consistently enhancing current practices across the business - Understand the Lead Lifecycle, hoe to implement Lead Scoring, and automation - Run internal procedures and internal operational reports Who we are looking for: - Academic background in Marketing, Communication, or Business - Deep knowledge and practical experience on HubSpot - Excellent communication skills, oral and written (Italian and English) - You have a curious and analytical attitude and always challenge yourself to find new solutions - Independent in organizing your day to day to meet deadlines and prioritize work - You have a positive attitude and you are a team player and a problem solver - You are always willing to improve your skills, striving for personal growth, and interested in growing your knowledge on innovative finance, fintech solutions and innovation Location: This position is for our Milan HQ.
