To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a clear-thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work in a dynamic environment.

The person will be responsible for supporting the CRM and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution, data analysis, and overall marketing success.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Improve database quality and analyze CRM data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior and overall effectiveness for strategic insights on corporate decisions; Coordinate the data cleansing activities (deduplication and merging) in collaboration with local markets and their qualitative inputs; Monitor campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and uncover new marketing opportunities; Support the planification and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns, contributing to the definition of objectives, target audience selection, and the analysis of results; Assist in the development and implementation of regional and international trade marketing activities; Support in the creation of event communication strategies to engage VIP clients, partners, stakeholders; Conduct market research on the luxury industry tracking emerging trends, competitor strategies and new opportunities in CRM and Trade Marketing.
