Crm Assistant
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- This position is responsible for administrative support of the CRM division, providing intra-divisional (i. e.
Sales Team, Marketing & Education, FTEs) and extra-divisional (i. e.
Corporate HQ, Functions, Medical Community) interface.
- This function is also responsible for carrying out the organization of planned meetings, activities, congresses and workshops, ensuring a proper and efficient service to external and internal customers
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a front line interface with the Medical Community on behalf of CRM Division Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Education Manager and CRM Marketing Manager.
- Set up sponsorship agreements and educational grants, complying with relevant regulations and code of ethics.
- Support the implementation of scientific and marketing activities at congresses in cooperation with marketing department
- Set up, monitor and renew consultancy contracts with HCPs.
- Update promotional expenses file in collaboration with Finance department in order to ensure immediate and correct information to CRM Sales and Marketing managers.
- Support DM in assuring compliance with all HCC, Quality and Regulatory rules and handling related duties and responsibilities.
- Be the leading interface between CRM Divisions and other departments (i. e.
OEC, Finance, Market Access & Events) for all related issues.
- Interact with other CRM/Abbott assistants to build a collaborative work environment.
- Co-ordinate meetings in conjunction with people from other departments.
- Attend local meetings when required.
- Develop a reasonable knowledge of CRM products.
- Ensure all standing Regulatory and Quality Procedures are followed
- Be a valid back up to other CRM Assistants, constantly informed on all CRM Division activities.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- High School Diploma or University Degree
- Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal and at least one other European language.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated abilities in coordinating projects and working with the medical profession
