The Role

The CRM Assistant applies standard work, best practices, various tools and internal systems to deliver proactive customer focus and timely completion of replacement and spare parts order entry processing.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate cross-functional actions, in particular with order management and logistics

- Enter orders and organize deliveries

- Follow files up to invoicing

- Preparation of documentation for export

- Organization of shipments EEC, extra EEC by land, sea and area (especially in countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, China, South America)

- Preparation of transport documents

**What you need to have**:

- Education diploma

- Previous experience in the role within multinational manufacturing companies

- Knowledge of Inconterms

- Excellent Knowledge of the Office Package in particular of Excel (advanced)

- Excellent knowledge of SAP

- Manage Sales Force data entry (preferred)

- Meticulous and methodical in the follow-up of files

- Organizational agility in a multi-cultural environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle challenging situations and bring problems to a positive resolution

- Fluent professional Italian and English languages

- Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit
