Your Opportunity:As CRM Associate Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for driving the execution and customization of EMEA CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships and enhance the overall in-store experience.
You will work closely with retail teams and key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of CRM initiatives, aiming to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and business performance. Your Contribution:Facilitate/support the execution of the EMEA CRM strategy with a strong focus on retail teams to foster long-term, personalized relationships with clients;Support the Marketing Director and Retail Management to customize Global CRM guidelines in alignment with local market needs;Train and coach retail teams on CRM and Clienteling best practices to enhance Clienteling efforts and elevate the in-store experience;Support the implementation and follow-up of CRM contact strategies particularly in relation to product launches;Regularly monitor CRM and Clienteling performance metrics, providing reports on KPIs to internal stakeholders including store teams to define actions that drive customer engagement and loyalty;Coordinate and oversee the execution of exclusive in-store events, partnerships, and personalized experiences aligned with the Versace CRM strategy;Monitor the return on investment (ROI) of all CRM activities and propose actions to the Marketing Director to maximize business results. Your Skills:At least 3 years' experience with CRM roles in a Fashion Luxury Company;Strong retail mindset and client-centric approach;Passion and knowledge of the Fashion Luxury Market;Team player with the assertiveness to be influential with stakeholders;Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment;Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and IT/CRM Systems;Excellent English and additional fluency in French is a distinct advantage;Availability and flexibility to travel.
