**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
British American Tobacco Italy is looking for a passionate, highly motivated CRM Campaign Manager with a positive and can-do attitude, to join our Marketing department, based in Trieste.
This position will help technically implement CRM strategies through campaign activities and tactics designed to support business goals, including increased funnel conversion and customer acquisition.
The CRM technical executive is responsible for optimizing marketing automation system to ensure our multi-channel communications effectively deliver content to appropriate target audiences through a variety of channels.
This position's primary responsibility is to leverage marketing technology (SFMC) to help drive commercial impact and digital marketing capabilities and pilots in the Growth Hub while driving excellence in campaign execution.
**Reports to**:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
**Geographic Scope**:Region/DRBU/EMRegion/DRBU/EM
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
**Growth Hub Responsibilities**:
- Reporting into the Architect, helping to define the consumer journeys and templates at a central level to build a unified approach and translate market demands into technical requirements/activations
- Creation of CRM Communication framework including playbooks for Markets (EM) in region
- Creation of CRM KPIs and Optimisation framework aligning with data analyst
- Proof of concept to other tech streams/core capabilities to work to toward 1:1 Customer Journey
- Help define RACI, WOW, processes with EM and Area CRM manager
- Develop market capabilities and assess market maturity
**Pilot responsibilities**:
- Lead the pilot execution roadmap and planning in line with the Growth Hub
- Work with end markets to scope and define campaign briefs that drive commercial impact
- Create and deploy technical campaign activities across the region relating to pilots
- Audience Analysis & Segmentation
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation - aligning with data analyst
- CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
- You are a proficient user of English
- You have technical understanding of CRM systems and API integrations
- **ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 4 years of proven experience in a Salesforce marketing Cloud
- Strong CRM process and campaign setup knowledge from other FMCG brands preferred
- Business Acumen / Strategy understanding as the ability to understand BAT's broader business and corporate objectives to help drive commercial value
- Test and Learn approach with experience with omnichannel approach to help drive/improve our interactions with consumers to drive business results
Strong aspiration to transform and capability to inspire the partners to achieve the stretch targets
- Analytical skills, passion to solve challenges
- Developed project management skills with high self-organization and reliability
