We're looking for a CRM Intern to join our CRM team based in headquarters, Milan.
In this role, you will have a chance to work collaboratively with different stakeholders within the sales and marketing team with an international view and you will take part in strategic digital projects that will enhance our customer experience.
You will be involved in:
- Support the CRM team on a first-level verification of issues reported by end users related to bugs and/or procedural errors;
- Support the end users on the platforms adoption
- Cooperate with the CRM team on the verification and management of attribution flows to various departments (information and sales)
- Collaborate with the sales team in the correct tracking of events on Salesforce
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager in collecting new requirements aimed at new technologies scouting
- Support the team on the communication with external suppliers for the resolution of technical issues on various platforms
- Work closely with the team in various high-impact CRM Projects
**Learning
At the end of the internship program, you will have to learned the logics that constitute a CRM system.
He/she will be familiar with the various objects within it and their meaning.
Additionally, you will have understood the meaning of the customer journey and the importance behind the various activities connected to it.
Furthermore, you will have gained a basic knowledge of the system, enabling them to report and extract data in response to business requests.
During the 6 months, you also will have, the opportunity to observe and understand a project lifecycle (design, planning, execution, monitoring and debrief)
**Education and competences
- Bachelor degree or graduate student in any major (Economic Management is preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize under deadlines
- Knowledge of Salesforce (sales and service cloud) is a plus
- Familiar with Google products.
- Ability to work with a team and analytical approach
