POSITION:The IT CRM Junior Architect is a technical profile able to design, describe and manage architectural solutions that meet the requirements determined by the Fondazione Prada team. He/she works closely with the internal team and external suppliers to analyze business requirements, check their feasibility, define and describe the best technical solution that fits the existing business environment and guarantees an on time and on budget project delivery. TASKS:Analyze and understand CRM development needs and requirements with the internal teamCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in defining technical solutionsMonitor and evaluate the impact of activities proposed by external suppliersSupport the definition and monitoring of the project planCoordinate and carry out tests to ensure the maintenance and correct use of the Microsoft Dynamics applicationProvide periodical project status reports for internal stakeholdersUnderstand and drive CRM issues resolutionManage the maintenance activitiesCreate and optimize automated workflowsTrain the internal teams involved in the projectsREQUIREMENTS:Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering>1 years of experience in a consultancy firm or in the CRM IT department of a large company preferably working on Microsoft CRM DynamicsStrong knowledge of the CRM Microsoft components (Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Applications, plugin, workflow, Power Apps, power automate, Power Bl)Good experience in SSIS and SOL ServerGood knowledge of HTML and C#Fluency in Italian and EnglishExcellent adaptability to rapidly changing rhythms and situationsRelational skills and a predisposition for team workingGood communication and reporting skillsFocus on results and able to complete tasks on time under pressureBENEFITS:Possibility to work remotely, flexible working hoursOpportunities for professional training and developmentEmployee benefitsPublic transport subsidyFree participation in the cultural activities of Fondazione Prada #J-18808-Ljbffr
