**Your new role

- Take ownership for identifying trends in data and set up growth projects proactively to enhance our customer journey

- Create A/B tests with own design and tech resources to improve the customer experience and thus also increase CRM relevant conversion rates

- Take ownership of your OKRs and work on their achievement in close collaboration with the Platform Conversion team in an International environment

**Your skills

- Strong analytical skills, a data driven mindset and the interest in taking on analytical challenges by diving deeply into big sets of data

- Self-driven and a strong sense of ownership

- Ability to put yourself in the shoes of customers to ensure every touchpoint is positive, valuable and consistent

- Comfortable in a fast paced environment and to be challenged to increase your learning curve

- Perfectly fluent in Italian and fluently in English
