The role We're looking for a Junior CRM Associate in the Deliveroo Italy marketing team, reporting to the CRM Manager in Italy. This role will help plan and implement marketing activities on all our CRM properties (e-mail, in-app placements, etc. ). A successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, independent brand-builder with a passion for marketing, growth, and loyalty campaigns.

Responsibilities To make us the most known and relevant food delivery service in Italy, the role will be responsible for:

Working closely with local and central teams to plan and execute marketing activities. Executing effective in-app marketing experiences (banners, pop-ups) and using email and push notifications to engage customers. Implementing our CRM agenda with local and national campaigns to drive customer loyalty. Tracking activities to report results to the CRM Manager and other stakeholders, driving continual improvements. Requirements 1 year of experience in marketing, growth marketing, CRM departments, or marketing agencies. Highly skilled in English, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of HTML. Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills. A self-starter comfortable with constant change. A creative problem solver with analytical thinking skills.
