One of them, the Growth Department, is responsible for driving new and existing customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing and CRM actions at the service of our stores.
- The Growth team is now seeking a talented CRM Marketing Producer to join our Global CRM team.
Some of the essentials for you to know are:
- Location: out office in Milan
- Reporting into: Marketing Production Lead
- Workplace type: Hybrid
- Role purpose:
- You will manage also the graphic psd files to do small changes to our newsletters (text, translations, crop images, etc ).
- Additional to this you will assist in the set-up and deployment of TON push notifications.
- You must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities is essential.
- Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Be responsible for the build of briefs in TRELLO for TON to be a facilitator between the external agency and YANP internal teams-
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand the planning and which campaign need to be briefed to the agency-
- Be a point of contact for all the best pratices to improve any internal process-
- Be a point of contact for the campaign's approval workflow to be a facilitator-
- Be a point of contact to collect all the issue and create an archive of all the reports. Support with ongoing testing of campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation - The type of person we are looking for:
- 1 year minimum experience using an ESP-
- Good understanding of HTML principles and can demonstrate HTML enhancements-
- Good understanding of CSS and can demonstrate use in experience to date-
- Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities-
- The ability to be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills-
- Self-Motivation and enjoy working within a teamExperience with push notifications is a bonus but not essential-
- Fluent English- _
