Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a **CRM &Omnichannel Specialist **for our Omnichannel Department based in our HQ in Milan.

**Posizione**:

- Design and maintenance of CRM architecture (data models, integration flows, deduplication rules)

- Coordination of CRM projects related to SI (system integrators)

- Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies from an omni-channel and omni-customer perspective

- Collect business needs from internal stakeholders and coordinate related action plans on clienteling app, CRM and Marketing automation Salesforce based solutions

- Train the company key figures and store staff on CRM

- Set the customer segmentation rules in order to improve the company knowledge about customer behaviour

- Design, implement and manage the analytical models and tools

- Collaborate cross functionally with key retail functions and local partners

- Campaign Management

- Coordination of Marketing and NL calendar

- Define success metrics, analyze data and provide regular reports on the progress of CRM activities and their impact on the Bottom-Line

- Co-ordinate external suppliers to ensure proper execution of projects and services required for the proper functioning of the CRM system

- Functional analysis and subsequent drafting of project documentation

**Requisiti**:

- Degree in Economics, Marketing or Management;

- At least 2-3 years of experience gained in the role, preferably in international luxury retail contexts or service oriented companies;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel;

- Knowledge of the HTML language;

- Project experience in CRM Salesforce and Marketing Cloud;

- Good command of the English language (both written and spoken), any other lanaguage is a plus;
