A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
When it comes to our Digital Strategy One Platform (Fast Forward), Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) is the foundation for our Digital Selling and Lead Management project.
After implementing the CRM in 2019, the Sales Cloud capabilities have not been used to the greatest extent within the organization.
However, it is a requirement, a foundation, to move toward digital selling in the future.
Therefore, there is a need to re-focus and re-accelerate within this area.
Leverage the full OnE Platform capabilities and re-accelerate on CRM are the basics to move towards digital business (sales) excellence.
For the record, when we implemented the project - based on 500 users - we got a recommendation for Accenture to allocate 2 FTEs as permanent CRM roles: 1 FTE for users' management and support; 1 FTE as Product Owner/Success Manager.
The CRM steering was committed and recommend hiring Salesforce experts.
However, there were internal resources to reallocate, and they started to attend Salesforce training, except they were soon reallocated to other projects.
**What we need**:
In terms of resources, we have identified the need for an additional full-time, permanent staff member on the Group Digital Marketing Team.
We need a CRM Product Owner to own the responsibility to redefine the CRM solution and own the product backlog, reflecting business priorities and balancing benefit with effort.
Considering this addition of staff is important, because, without this position, we're concerned about the capacity to deliver our project successfully.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the technical teams and business stakeholders to identify user needs when it comes to CRM and data projects
Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and developing high-quality products and features that deliver demonstrable customer and business value across the group
- Responsibility for the product backlog and refining it to reflect priorities, balancing benefit with effort, risk, and technical complexity.
Work collaboratively across the Group to align priorities and ensure that there is consistency in the digital journey across all
brands
Act as an ambassador for Agile best practices, lead sprint reviews and engage in daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience as product owner /product manager with a strong focus on CRM and Data projects
- Agile methodology experience
- Make prioritization decisions based on value and effort/risk to deliver
- Ability to take ownership and make effective decisions
- Delivery focused with attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
