The CRM Project Manager will work closely with the technical stakeholders and the CRM Manager on a global transformation program with particular focus on project delivery strategy, plan, and execution, ensuring quality and time to market under time constraints and will be supporting mission-critical enterprise CRM solutions, design, development, implementation, and change requests.

- +7 years of experience in CRM domain

with proven experience in delivering full end-to-end solutions across multiple CRM platforms;

- Knowledge in Customer Engagement, Marketing Campaign Automation and CRM processes and extensive experience with at least one CRM platform among Salesforce and MS Dynamics;

- Ability to identify risk, probability, impact and how to mitigate risks;

- Capacity to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints, being able to work independently, managing multiple deadlines-/projects and keeping key players informed;

- Strong critical -/ analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form;

- Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen using influence and negotiation with stakeholders;

- Ensure projects follow specific plans and timelines delivering status report, anticipating the identification of risks and proposing mitigation solutions;

- Certify project work meets all contractual service levels associated with functional and technical designs, quality assessment and incident resolution;

- Act as integration lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities;

- Work with globally distributed teams to analyse, trouble shoot and isolate root cause of critical delivery issues when they arise and with internal-- external teams from project kick off to delivery;

- Research technologies and best practices to support continuous improvements in quality and efficiency of processes in order to make future deployments and re-deployments repeatable with a high degree of success. VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
