Crm Specialist
COMPANY PROFILE:
**We are seeking a CRM Specialist for CASE Construction to join the team of European Sales & Marketing.
The role of the Customer Relationship Manager is focused on maximize the efficiency of the CRM process, tool, and methodology, to facilitate the use of CRM to improve the efforts of the sales, customer service, and marketing teams.
The specialist will also be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions.
CRM specialists should be skilled in network process and relationship, as well as sales and marketing and Microsoft Dynamics platform.
The marketing skills would come to the forefront since the CRM Specialist helps the marketing teams tweak and hone multifaceted communications programs designed to drive sales.
This role will also support and assist with end-user training and coordinate the implementation of these services for the business.
- Link between Sales, Marketing, Network Development & Service
- Sales Process implementation, development & monitoring (local campaigns)
- Dealer and Internal Training & Coaching
- Project Management
The expected result of the role is to support increase of Market Share, Sales target, Visibility, Demo success rate, Conquest rate:
- Guide and implement the sales process
- Monitor the follow up on the commercial opportunities
- Improve collaboration cross departments to improve the customer journey
The CRM Specialist will act as CRM Champion, working closely with all departments, Dealer Management & Sales Team, Brand Central & Market teams for Sales, Marketing, Network Development, Finance and After Sales Services, Shared Services to support bigger projects, to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Furthermore she/he will implement the Customer Journey with the focus on the sales process
- Develop and conduct regular CRM training sessions for dealers, employees, and new hires
- Write training materials and troubleshooting documentation
She/He will monitor and maximize commercial opportunities
- Definition and implementation follow up of targeted marketing campaigns based on Sales Objective
- Establishing processes so that Activities, Leads and Opportunities are followed up from the Sales Team
- That offers are followed up and closed
She/He will implement other Customer Journey relevant projects (e. g.
DMS interfaces) in collaboration with other market functions, ensuring the database is properly maintained and segmented effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Education / Training_
- Construction/Marketing background, University/Business School graduate
- Knowledge of construction industry and associated products
- Commercial experience of which some years spent in managerial role preferred Network development or Sales
- Skills_
- Fluent (mother tongue or proficiency) in English and a second foreign European language is mandatory (French/German/Spanish), a third foreign language would be valuable
- Able to communicate at different levels internally and externally
- Management ability, able to motivate colleagues and business partners
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a clear focus on high quality and business profit
- Good presentation / Communication Skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics
**Travel Requirements **(National/International/Expected % of time):
International and national up to 60%
