Within an articulated Innovation Strategy, Sisal has recently started exploring the non-gambling, casual mobile gaming market launching the SisalFunClub mobile game App and brand, under which to create and distribute products developed by an internal studio with the support of a world leading gaming software provider and publisher.

What you'll do:

- As CRM Specialist, You will join the team of Social Gaming Offer, reporting to the CRM Lead Specialist, in the Online BU;- You will have the opportunity to be involved in key decisions regarding the development of Sisal's non gambling product SisalFunClub, supporting the team in different activities concerning the app. Areas and activities you will be involved in will be, for example:

- Monitoring and coordination of all the CRM touchpoints, inbound and outbound-

- Active listening of users feedback in order to collect insights to improve the app-

- Definition and coordination of road maps for Customer Base Communications (DEM, Push notifications, SMS )-

- KPI measurement and analysis-

- Definition and coordination of surveys and market researches-

- You will be supporting with your activity, decisions concerning the evolution of SisalFunClub app, helping in identify new gaming features, prizes and other characteristics;- You will work within the Social Gaming Offer team cooperating with the Strategic team in delivering the necessary outputs needed to successfully market Sisal's non-gambling product offer and will be jointly responsible of the results;- You will collaborate with IT functions, providing sufficiently detailed requirements for them to efficiently and effectively deliver the products;

Who you are:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in the management of CRM activities, marketing and product management- You have a degree in Economics and management, engineering or anyway some form of higher education related to product management- You have good knowledge of prouctivity tools such as Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc. )- You are excellent in English and Italian, both spoken and written- You love challenges and are innovative, proactive, autonomous, team worker, passionate about gaming and sport, able to relate to end customers and users, whoever they might be- You know how to manage projects (work in a team, run projects and respect deadlines and budgets, interact with international cross-functional teams etc. )

Preferrably, you also have:

- Specific expertise in CRM and community management and CRM tools- Previous experience in casual freemium app- Knowledge of Jira- Expertise in creative copywrighting is a plus
