Fueguia 1833 is currently looking for a highly energetic, responsible and talented full time CRM Specialist

Being interested in natural ingredients, botanical exploration and production processes is a plus.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES

- Analyze and report online store malfunctions to e-commerce manager ;

- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance ;

- Monitor and respond to social media activities ;

- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved ;

- Gather customer feedback and share the feedback report with e-commerce manager, marketing and product team ;

- Communicate with e-commerce team to inform customers in time regarding their order through different channel ;

- Report online sales and share it with Sales Analyst.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)

- Degree in Fashion/Marketing

- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

- Strong communication skills

- Experienced in shopify, salesforce or any other e-commerce and crm platforms is a must

- Spanish is a big plus

- Abiility to work under tight deadlines

- High attention to details

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
