**Join us as a CRM Specialist B2B

**What you will be doing

As part of the Marketing team based in Milan, you'll report to the CRM Manager B2B and you'll partner closely with Satispay's Regional Marketing, Business Intelligence, Tech, Operations, Business Development and Sales teams supporting the execution of Satispay's CRM strategy.

Namely you will:

- Coordinate and execute digital CRM campaigns and initiatives using different channels

- Analyse and report CRM campaigns and initiatives

- Execute both Growth and Retention Strategy: create and execute onboarding, upselling and engagement campaigns that are meaningful and relevant to every merchant ,

- Liasing with the local markets and support the execution of their cross-chall campaigns

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Care teams to constantly improve merchant experience

- Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Communication, Local markets) and external stakeholders to deliver CRM campaigns and initiatives

You have:

- 3+ years of experience in CRM and digital marketing in a fast-growing environment

- Experience with Hubspot is a plus.

Any experience with other CRM softwares such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics365 is also taken into consideration

- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken

You are:

- Organised: excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise while handling several projects simultaneously

- Analytical: you are able to look at data critically and insightfully

Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.

**Logistic & Salary

The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
