Crm Specialist
We are currently seeking a **dynamic individual with a strong analytical mindset to join our team as CRM Specialist**.
This role offers an exciting **opportunity to make a direct impact on our customer engagement and retention strategies**.
**What you'll do**:
- ** Campaign Management**: Develop, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including audience segmentation, testing, and analysis.
- ** Data Analysis Reporting**: Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Track CRM performance metrics, report on campaign results, and provide insights to improve future strategies.
- ** Customer Segmentation**: Use CRM data to build and refine customer segments, ensuring the right messages are delivered to the right customers at the right time.
- ** Customer Journey Mapping**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out customer journeys and implement touchpoints across various stages of the customer lifecycle.
- ** System Administration**: Maintain and optimize CRM tools and integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy within the system.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with teams across the organization to align CRM efforts with overall business and marketing goals.
**What we're looking for**:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or similar;
- Previous experience with one of the main ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MAPP, Emarsys, Adobe Campaigns, . . . ) is a plus;
- Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis, with knowledge and usage of Google Analytics;
- Knowledge of HTML is a strong plus;
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Willingness to engage effectively across the business and with third parties;
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic working environment;
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of second language (especially Italian) is a plus.
