Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a dynamic CRM Specialist to manage our retail and wholesale CRM strategies, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies across D2C and wholesale channels.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM platforms to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns and improve overall customer journey.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.

Ensure the smooth execution of email, SMS, social media, and other marketing campaigns Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors.

Expertise in CRM platforms (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and digital marketing tools.

Strong understanding of data analysis and segmentation for targeted marketing.

Fluency in both Italian and English is required.

Familiarity with the beauty segment is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
