What you'll do

**Your strategies and campaigns will drive**:

- Onboarding and activation of new Catawiki users

- Customer Lifecycle Management conversions

- Retention and repeat buyers

- Reactivation of snoozing and dormant users

You will be part of the Marketing CRM team, and you will work closely together with Product Management teams.

What you'll bring

- 5+ years of CRM experience

- Good blend of strategy with operational delivery experience, and comfortable taking on a role which requires both aspects

- Strong experience in building campaigns in e-CRM tools

- Strong analytical skills and passion for using data to drive campaigns

- Good understanding of user segmentation

- Understanding of HTML is a plus

- Be technically minded with a creative eye

- Hands on attitude

- Analytical Thinking

- Strong expertise in CRM

- Stakeholder Management

- Goal setting and planning

Working and hiring remotely

When it is safe to do so, Catawiki will implement a hybrid work policy where employees in the Netherlands will work from the office 1-2 times per week and from home for the rest.

Most of our Sales and Expert positions for local markets are 100% remote, which means that you will be working from home in the country you are based.
