In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and optimization of our CRM system, ensuring smooth data flows and system integrations. Responsibilities:- CRM Administration Data ManagementManage, maintain, and optimize the Zoho CRM systemEnsure data quality through structuring, cleansing, and regular updatesCreate and manage user accounts, roles, and access rightsPerform backups and ensure data integrity- Customization AutomationProgram and configure workflows, automations, and functionsDevelop custom modules, reports, and dashboardsModify pages, columns, forms, and fields for efficient use- Interfaces System IntegrationManage and optimize API integrations between Zoho CRM, the website, Google Tools, LinkedIn, and other systemsEnsure seamless data transfers between Zoho CRM and external platformsProvide technical support for tracking and reporting in collaboration with marketing and IT- Support DevelopmentTrain and support internal teams in the effective use of Zoho CRMMonitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with IT, marketing, and external service providers to continuously improve the systemWhat do you need to help make our goals a reality?
