The CRM Support Specialist helps the Manager in handling the communication between our Company and our Business Partner who provides us with the CRM we use internally, making sure that the tickets and projects assigned are handled properly and within the deadline. All the below tasks can be learned easily even if you are lacking the specific experience; we will train you if you have the key components.
