Job Description: We are looking for a Digital Analytics & CRO Senior Consultant to be employed in our analytics team.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey analysis adopting data analytics tools (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics).

Qualitative analysis using Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, LuckyOrange analyzing scroll map, session recording, and heatmap reporting.

Developing testing ideas, A/B tests, and multivariable tests.

Providing input for pitches.

Developing and sharing knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization.

Leading meetings with clients and conveying complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Exhibiting excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications: Experience of at least 3-5 years in the fields of conversion rate optimization and web digital data analytics.

Preferably a degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Physical Sciences or similar.

Strong knowledge of the main visual analytics platforms (Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, LuckyOrange and more).

Strong knowledge of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (VWO, AB Tasty, Omniconvert, Adobe Target or others).

Good knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other analytics platforms.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is nice to have.

Basic skills in using Google Presentation (or PowerPoint) and Google Sheets (or Excel).

Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.

Good knowledge of the English language.
