CRO Digital Analytics Senior ConsultantJob Description:We are looking for a Digital Analytics CRO Senior Consultant to be employed in our analytics team. Key Responsibilities:Customer Journey analysis adopting data analytics tools (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics)Qualitative analysis using Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, Luckyorange analyzing scrollmap, session recording, and heatmap reporting. Developing testing ideas, A/B tests, and multivariable testsProvides input for pitchesDevelops and shares knowledge of Conversion Rate OptimisationLead meetings with clients and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent presentation skillsQualifications:Experience of at least 3-5 years in the fields of conversion rate optimization and web digital data analytics. Preferably a degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or similarStrong knowledge of the main visual analytics platforms (Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, Luckyorange, and more)Strong knowledge of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (VWO, AB Tasty, Omniconvert, Adobe Target, or others)Good knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other analytics platformsFamiliarity with Google Tag Manager is nice to haveBasic skills in using Google Presentation (or PowerPoint) and Google Sheets (or Excel)Excellent knowledge of the Italian languageGood knowledge of the English languageAdditional Information:We work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
