Your Mission : We are looking for a CRO & Web Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Product Team based in Milan!

Reporting to the Head of Digital Products, you will support the optimization of the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless and high-converting eCommerce experience.

With eCommerce being a strategic pillar for Venchi's expansion across key markets such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the United States, this is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical and data-driven professional to contribute to the success of a globally growing brand.

Key Responsibilities : Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and implement A/B tests to optimize the conversion funnel (e. g. , checkout flow, product pages, landing pages).

Web Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and other BI tools, generating insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments using AB Tasty, collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to improve engagement and conversion metrics.

Tag Management & Data Accuracy: Maintain and optimize tracking implementation via Google Tag Manager to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

The Ideal Candidate : 3-4 years of experience in web analytics, CRO, or digital performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce or retail.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms (e. g. , AB Tasty, Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely).

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Familiarity with heatmapping, session recording tools (e. g. , Hotjar, Contentsquare) is a plus.

Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.

Proactive, results-driven, and eager to experiment with data-driven strategies.
