Cro/Digital Analytics Specialist
We are looking for one or more Junior or Senior CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) /Digital Analytics Specialists - for our offices in Rome, Milan and also remotely.
We are looking for resources that have already gained experience in the User Experience field, but also people at their first working experience in the field, motivated to growth professionally within a dynamic context.
In our work management model the phases of qualitative and quantitative analysis are closely intertwined.
The technical skills on the individual instruments must combine with the methodological and communicative ones.
Our aim is to strengthen the Digital Analytics & A/B Testing area.

Our goal is to offer our clients a specialized consultancy by working on the development and optimization of their digital platforms, analyzing, designing and monitoring the performance of the product or service.
To achieve this goal, as a CRO / Digital Analytics Specialist you will work closely with your team to bring out and implement your operational and strategic skills and expertise.
You will work in sync with all teams involved in UX Projects: the UX Research team, the UX/UI Design team and the Marketing Team.

What does the CRO/Digital Analytics Specialist do?
You will work on UX projects that can vary in size and duration (weeks or months)
You will share methods and tools with your work team
You will be working with the technical team for the design and development part of interfaces, information architecture, interaction models
You will work with our project management model, which will help you to efficiently and productively organize your time
Who is our ideal CRO/Digital Analytics Specialist?
Has experience in the Digital Analytics/CRO Specialist role or is highly motivated or driven to pursue this path
Knows and is familiar with Data Analysis and A/B Testing and the concepts of Information Architecture, Personas, Customer Journey, Blueprint
Is familiar with at least one of the main concepts related to User Experience research methods, for example: Expert Analysis, Wireframes, Focus Groups, Interviews, Laboratory Testing, Eye Tracking Testing, Benchmarking
Knows some of the tools for Digital Analysis, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, Optimizely
Has good communication skills
Has excellent knowledge of Italian and English language (written and spoken)
