**About the role**:
WinTech is seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements.
This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimization with a clear KPI of 20% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Optimize Conversion Funnels**: Analyze user behavior to pinpoint and eliminate conversion bottlenecks, driving increased sales and engagement.
- ** Lead Data-Driven Experimentation**: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- ** Drive Data-Informed Decisions**: Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights that maximize KPIs.
- ** Collaborate Cross-Functionally**: Partner with marketing, design, and data analytics teams to develop and implement effective optimization strategies.
- ** Execute Precise Test Implementations**: Diligently implement and monitor test variations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- ** Uphold Brand Design Standards**: Maintain high design fidelity across all optimization efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- ** Champion CRO Innovation**: Research and implement cutting-edge conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3+ years of CRO experience in subscription-based products.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
- Strong UI/UX understanding and attention to detail.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
**Nice to have**:
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on the data.
- Strong spoken and written English.
