As we open our brand-new Cryopoint Store in Cloche d'Or, Luxembourg , we are looking for a hands-on Store Manager (f/m/d) to lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Tasks As Store Manager , you are not just responsible for store operations—you are also an active part of the team!

You will welcome and guide customers through their wellness journey , ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our treatments.

Alongside managing the daily store operations, you will also participate in the treatments, oversee sales, and build a loyal customer base.

Lead and develop your team while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

Personally welcome and assist customers , ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about our longevity treatments.

Guide clients to their cryotherapy, red light therapy, dry floating, and lymphatic drainage treatments , providing a premium experience.

Actively participate in store operations , from reception to service coordination.

Manage daily store activities, including scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, sales, and retention.

Monitor and optimize KPIs, ensuring a smooth and successful store operation.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements Proven experience in store management, retail leadership, or wellness/hospitality management.

A passion for health, wellness, and longevity.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Hands-on mentality—you lead by example and actively participate in daily operations.

Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
