As our Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and creating compelling designs that resonate with our audience in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

ResponsibilitiesCreate visually striking designs for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applicationsDevelop infographics and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex crypto conceptsDesign marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and email templatesCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding across all touchpointsStay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the crypto industryConceptualize and execute creative assets for product launches, events, and campaignsContribute to the evolution of Token Metrics' brand identity and design systemRequirements3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the crypto or fintech industryStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in modern design principles and digital-first approachProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaSolid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout designFamiliarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi conceptsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisionsKey Design Principles to FollowEmbrace minimalism and clean design to enhance clarity and user focusUtilize white space effectively to create balanced and visually appealing compositionsImplement a clear visual hierarchy to guide users through information effortlesslyUse contrast strategically to highlight important elements and improve readabilityIncorporate consistent branding elements to maintain a cohesive visual identityThe ideal candidate will be passionate about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, with a keen eye for design and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics.
