Join Crystal ski as part of our famous childcare team and use every day as an opportunity to make our youngest guests smile and happy.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Create and deliver a magical and developmental programme, both indoors and out in the snow, for our kids aged 6 months to 8 years.

You will make sure all the basics are met like feeding, changing & lots of fun during the days and evenings and you will be liaising with the hoteliers about cleaning, maintenance, and children's lunches.

- You ensure that our high childcare standards and health & safety guidelines are always followed, including the registration of the kids.

- As a start you will hold family welcomes introducing yourself and the childcare services on offer.

This is also a great start to build rapport with parents as you will be liaising with them daily and giving them feedback on their child(ren)'s day.

It is also an opportunity to sell any spaces that have not been pre-booked.

- Getting the children ready for their skiing lessons and carrying their ski equipment to and from their lessons is another important task.

You will also be liaising with the ski school and instructors to ensure the children are in the correct class & getting feedback on their progression after each lesson.

- You can think on your feet and will work with the resort team to proactively solve problems.

- And finally, you will be hosting an end of week presentation to share the children's successes.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- For this role you require a recognised childcare education and a valid 1st aid certificate until the end of season.

- You genuinely love and have experience of working with kids and are willing to commit and learn the demands of the job.

- You are a consistently happy colleague and great team player who can also work independently.

Apart from that you are confident communicating with colleagues, kids, parents & suppliers.

- You are passionate about being and living in the mountains and should have an interest in winter outdoor life.

- You are also efficient & organized - a problem solver, multitasker and good listener who stays calm and can perform under pressure.

- You are fluent in verbal and written English; additional European languages are advantageous.
