Creating, amend, cancel bookings.
- Sending customer notifications.
- Following up on cargo readiness to send complete and correct load list for each vessel.
- Verify, after sailing, that all units were loaded o/b the vessel and update the documentation staff accordingly.
- Pursuing continuous improvement initiatives to drive increased productivity and service levels.
- Promoting new digital services to customers.
- Taking appropriate action to resolve issues effectively.
- Issuing invoices for additional charges when needed.
- Ensuring duly recovery of any extra cost related to shipments.
- Assisting overseas teams with questions and resolving issues
