CSA | Payroll Specialistnegg Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist to handle all aspects of the payment process: from tracking employees' time through issuing paychecks. Responsibilities:Prepare payroll (calculation of wages, tax and social security deductions, allowances) in accordance with national and corporate collective labor agreements (CCNL);Maintain database of personnel information and accurate payroll records;Collect, verify, and record employee attendance, including hours worked;Ensure the proper management of all aspects related to employment contracts and remuneration in compliance with legal obligations concerning contributions, insurance, administration, and taxation;Provide support to HR specialist in the administrative aspects of employee hiring, contract changes, terminations, maternity leave, illness, etc;Manage mandatory communications regarding employment contracts;Prepare CU models, INAIL models, F24 forms, TFR, IRAP, 770, and Uniemens reports;Update personal, salary, tax, and contribution data;Liaise with and support the administrative, commercial, and legal departments;Provide support and advice on labor law matters;Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or a related financial field;Computer literacy, including using programs and spreadsheets;Problem-solving abilities;Organizational skills;Qualification: LS | 2nd cycle university degreeWeekly Hours: 40Posted: 2 December 2024HQ: Rome (centre) + Working from homeFurther information on the salary package will be provided during the selection process.
