- RINA is currently recruiting for a **CSM Facility Technical Advisor** to join its office in **Rome, Italy**within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.
**Mission
- Perform the necessary maintenance interventions on equipment/machinery within the production unit, respecting the timelines agreed upon with the Production and Maintenance Manager.
Collaborate with external resources assigned and the activities to be carried out according to the maintenance intervention plan shared with the Manager, personally supervising maintenance activities of particular relevance, performing diagnostics on electrical and mechanical issues.
**Key Accountabilities
- In collaboration with the Production and Maintenance Manager:
- Manage the maintenance plan for machinery/equipment to ensure their full efficiency through repairs and/or replacement of broken and/or faulty components, prevention of failures and operational anomalies, and improvement actions.
- Perform regular checks and inspections on machine functionality to assess the wear level of components, diagnose any anomalies detected, and define the necessary restoration interventions.
- Prepare detailed reports on repair interventions carried out to communicate maintenance activities.
- Create machine lists (motors, inverters, etc. )
and manage their corresponding maintenance schedules and activities.
- Additional tasks: To be defined and shared with the Manager based on the work/service plan needs.
**Education
- High School Diploma/GED**Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in electrical/electrotechnical studies or minimum equivalent vocational training and proven experience in the role.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industrial environments in similar positions.
- Preferred hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams.
- Preferred ability to use electric and/or gas welding techniques (e. g. , torch, cutting, and bench tools).
- Knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, and preferred knowledge of key industrial automation tools (PLC).
- IT skills: proficiency in Windows operating system and Office Suite.
