**CS&P (Commercial Strategy & Planning) Manager**:
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to develops and steers the commercial global strategy and planning of the assigned Category consistently with the global Davines Brand Strategy, and in line with our Sustainability values.
The role can be based in our headquarter in Parma or other locations, in which case regular monthly trips to Parma will be planned.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads sales analysis processes and understanding;
Drives excellence in execution with clear and effective methods & tools to support the local teams;
Provides structured feedback from the market and address them properly;
Leads category commercial/competitor understanding from sales perspective;
Identifies requirements for local channel/customer differentiation, start of ship, ranging, sizing, pricing, promo plans;
Owns the respective categories mid-term commercial plan definition and execution;
Co-leads the commercial evaluations & sales assumptions discussion;
**Translates global strategy to local market**: price, promotion, customer/ channel strategies;
Co-leads the creation of the of Go-To-Market Global plans;
Owns the respective categories mid-term commercial plan definition and execution;

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
8+ years' experience in similar roles;
Passionate about the Professional Hair Care Industry;
High level of energy and drive to animate the cross functional teams;
"Hands on" attitude;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience in presenting and selling product concepts;
Strong leadership & accountability;
Fluent English;
Strong sales attitude & understanding when leading sales' potential discussions;
Solid understanding of commercial logics through experience in commercial-related roles and/or a previous role very close to sales (Trade Mktg);
Ability to work in a cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural contexts;
Ability to understand different markets (or segment) features, needs & opportunities;
Ability to highly engage with the other category team members;
Ability to manage the assigned budgets;
