Csr Diversity & Inclusion Manager
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
Actively contributing to shape and execute the "Eyes on the Planet" sustainability program, with a special focus on the four key work streams under the Eyes on Inclusion pillar: i) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; ii) People development; iii) Health & Safety; iv) Employee engagement & well-being
- Supporting the development of a dedicated strategy and action plan for the Eyes on Inclusion sustainability pillar;
- Supervising execution and track initiatives that structure the four main workstreams;
- Issuing progress reports;
- Producing benchmarking reports to run workshops with key internal stakeholder to define the next steps;
- Defining key metrics, potential targets and best practices for the Eyes on Inclusion commitment;
- Preparing a compelling narrative about Eyes on Inclusion.
On Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in particular:
- Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing how they align with the Company's diversity strategy.
Shares findings with Global DEI Director.
- Monitor external benchmark data to inform goal setting and success metric measurement in partnership with Talent Analytics;
- Works with Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, Global DEI Director to execute external DEI communication strategy;
- In partnership with HR DEI counterpart, collects and analyzes data to evaluate the Company's population in accordance with DEI-related reporting requirements, legislation and best practices.
Translates data into written reports, tables, graphs and charts (including developing creative data visualizations to illustrate key findings).
Shares findings and data analysis with the Global DEI Director and Talent Analytics for leadership alignment and execution
Actively contributing to the Group annual sustainability reporting campaign and engagement, such as:
- Updating the EssilorLuxottica Sustainability Reporting Protocol (e. g.
KPIs, definitions, calculation methodology);
- Assessing and adapting constantly the Group reporting capability (organization, IT system, on-site audit, timing, support. . . );
- Performing data consolidation and consistency review prior to PwC review;
- Contributing to complete ESG rating questionnaires.
**Technical Skills and Professional Knowledge
- CSR / Sustainability proven expertise:
- good knowledge of environmental, social and societal global issues and challenges;
- working knowledge of DEI topics in an international company;
- sustainability reporting (e. g.
reporting standards, data collection and analysis, supervision of third-party audits)
- Problem solving and operational capabilities: strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills: a proven aptitude for data and insights to ensure a measurable and targeted approach
