Description For our e-commerce business in Milan we are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives (male/female) Spanish, English and Italian speaking.

You'll join a well-established and high performing project looking to achieve success in our long-term strategy Requirements Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfactionExcellent language skills (at least C1) in Spanish and English, both spoken and writtenItalian (at least B2)Customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfactionStrong administration and organization skillsKeen eye for detail to ensure high accuracyVery good PC skillsAvailability to work on shifts, 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday, 7 a. m.
