Job Description We are looking for a Lead Cloud Architect (LCA) with Artificial Intelligence experience who will be responsible for designing, building, and managing best-in-class solutions for our CSS customers:
Establish trusted relationships with customersBe familiar with Oracle Cloud and AI products and solutionsAssess and analyze customer needs to capture business and industry requirements; translate them into technical architectures aligned with Oracle's best practicesLead CSS's highly experienced delivery teams by providing technical governance and guidanceBuild relationships with team members, other Oracle teams, and customers at different levels of the reporting line up to CIO or equivalent business ownerBe the main contact for new business opportunities by supporting our CSS Services Solutioning team.
Assist with scope and LoE definition and technical guidanceDrive innovation by incubating new practices and solutions including a structured approach to adapt themMaintain market awareness around existing and emerging technologiesApply industry and Oracle best practices, product knowledge, and business acumenBe the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to ensure that customers achieve beneficial solutions regarding cost-effectiveness, quality, and manageabilityProvide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and AI solutions to customers and Oracle internal teamsEnsure successful handover from implementation to operations making sure the implemented solution fits the customer requirementsMaintain the Oracle Solution to ensure customer demands are metDrive your development in Oracle cloud and AI technologiesWork closely with different CSS teams to ensure the implementation and operation of mission-critical environments are successfulSkills and Qualifications Minimum five years (5) of experience as a senior architect delivering cloud and AI solutionsFluent in reading, writing, and speaking EnglishStrong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organizationKeen to learn new cloud and AI technologiesCustomer-first attitudeTeam player who strengthens the teamTechnical leadership from sales to delivery for large and complex cloud and AI solutionsPositive, creative, agile, and innovative attitude around design and delivery of solutions ("think outside the box")Ability to analyze and document complex issues and give recommendationsPositive influencer on those around you and able to motivate others toward successPreferred Technical Skills: Overall good knowledge of Oracle's cloud solutions (OCI, IaaS, PaaS, Networks)Strong knowledge of AI technologies including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI services & technologies (Digital assistant, NLP, Speech, Anomaly detection, Generative AI)Good knowledge of Applications/SaaS, Databases, and Middleware/PaaS servicesGood technical knowledge of relevant open-source cloud technologiesStrong understanding of cloud securityKnowledge of cloud-native design solutionsStrong automation process and technology experience (DevOps, GitOps)At Oracle, we don't just respect differences—we celebrate them.
