As part of the founding team, youll play a key role in shaping the product, building the first version, and assembling a talented engineering team. Fullstack Development Leadership: Lead hands-on development across the stack (React, Node. js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS) while laying the foundation for a high-performing tech team. AI & Automation: Leverage the latest AI models and automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance product capabilities. Product & Business Alignment: Work closely with the founding team to translate business goals into scalable technology. Recruit & Lead the Engineering Team: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team as the company scales. Scalability & Security: Implement best practices for infrastructure, data security, and DevOps. Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of tech trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance development efficiency. Requirements Experience: 7 years in software development, with experience leading projects or teams. Technical Expertise: Strong skills in fullstack development with React, Node. js, Python, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). AI & ML Experience: Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, NLP, data pipelines, or automation tools is a plus.
