**Primary Purpose of Role

He/She will have the objective to supervise and facilitate the PNRR projects in which TAS in Italy will be involved, driving partners R&D&T on TAS in Italy Engineering purposes.

He/She will coordinate as TAS Studies Manager proposals contribution to the defined consortiums with the support/collaboration of/with Domains and CC's.

Whenever projects will be started He/She will coordinate and support developments with associated reporting.

Relationships will be required to be built and maintained with the following principals:

- CTO

- Domains and CC's Departments

- PNRR BID consortiums members

- Information System

- Digital Transformation

- Business Lines

- CFO

**Key Responsibilities and tasks

Contribution to:

- Leading the design and deployment of a variety.

- Working with the

- Drive the to analyze and evolve the to ensure constant improvement is maintained at the highest level by means of dedicated KPI's.

- Support R&D&T plan execution and status reporting

- Contribute to the PNRR proposals and relation with Italian Supply Chain partners

Key Performance Indicators

KPIs for the role will be specifically developed with the role holder however these will cover:

- On Going Schedule and Economical constraints.

Experience and Skills

The following is necessary for the role:

- Coordination and mentoring of a R&D&T spread team

- +10Y experience in Engineering

- + 4 R&D&T studies with Academia and Research Centre projects involvement

- +3 R&D&T studies proposals preparation as bookcaptain of which at least 2 successful.

- +1 successful System proposal

- Coaching and motivation skills about Concurrent and Collaborative Engineering

- Coaching and motivation skills about Innovation and Digital Transformation

The following would be an asset:

- Good established and maintained relation with POLITO (Prof. Corpino), UniLaSapienza (Prof Gaudenzi), Unito.

- Expertise in System Engineering and Project Management with IS/IT competencies.

- Collaborative and Concurrent System Engineering competencies

- Requirements management

- CHORUS 2. 0 knowhow on BID Process and Design and Validate solutions

- Teaching attitudes.

- Experience of working in a multi-discipline team environment with project pressures.
