OverviewWe are looking for a Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes and set up for events for our Assisted Living/Memory Care Community in Naples, FL.

This food services schedule includes:

Responsibilities/Job DescriptionServes prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and invitingPromotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction with their meal serviceSanitizes equipment, work areas, and maintains suppliesAssists with meal prep and special eventsProvides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floorsAnswers phones and communicates requests appropriatelyQualificationsExcellent customer service skills and aptitude, teamwork and positive attitude requiredDesire to work with seniorsAbility to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staffPrefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required
