The resource will support the After Sales Team in all the activities related to the function.

In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:

- Supports line management in quality claim;

- KPIs understanding and updates of monthly, quarterly, 6 months and yearly KPIs presentations;

- Creation of presentation for the After Sales guidelines related to new products/capsule;

- Data entry for the After Sales budget (i. e.

PO request, engagement letter check, etc.

);

- Creation of the monthly Quality presentation;

- Supporting in the daily operative activities (e. g.

archiving, meeting organization, etc.

).

**Profile**:

- Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar;

- IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint), the knowledge of graphic/video IT software is considered a plus;

- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written, the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus;

- Good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills;

- Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility.
