**Compliance Milan - Curricular internship

The department has the responsibility to ensure compliance with the internal and external regulations which govern the provision of investment services and the prevention of money laundering and countering terrorism financing.

In particular is responsible to:

- Ensure advice to the Branch structures;

- Ensure that internal procedures are properly updated according to the low and regulation in force;

- Perform monitoring and checks to ensure the suitability of the internal controls and procedures suggesting the proper organizational and procedure corrective measures;

- Roll out of compliance trainings to employees in accordance with the Head Office plan;

- Cooperate with the relevant compliance function of the Head Office and Group.

- Integrating of Group/Head Office procedures into the regulatory framework of the Branch

- Ensuring that internal procedures are properly updated according to the low and regulation in force;

- Performing monitoring and controls activities under the Annual Compliance Plan;

- Supporting in the organization and management of Compliance training plan in the Branch;

- Supporting in managing audit findings;

- Supporting in preparing all the managing reporting;

- Supporting in Project management.

Requisiti

- good knowledge MS Office
