- Here some of the activities you might undertake during your experience:

- Supporting the People & Culture team in the design and deployment of strategic HR projects, in Employer Branding initiatives & Recruiting activities;

- Collaborating with HRBPs in managing the daily business activities;

- Supporting the team with the preparation of strategic documents in order to support the decision making and the outcome of specific projects;

- Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, with a specific focus on Workforce and Organizational dynamics (e. g.

internal labor market demand, workforce evolution, jobs, skills, structures).

- The internship is

- **open to students enrolled in both Bachelor's and Master's programs **and is a
