**Function & Role description

- We are looking for an energetic, creative, organised person to assist the team with the day-by-day activities, while supporting the operations related to planning and dissemination of traditional and digital campaigns.

- You will be part of an international, dynamic, engaged and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to find your path and be proactive in your learning.

You will be able to think outside of the box and be creative while trying new ideas and not be afraid to fail.

You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with designers, copywriter, content managers, and other partners.

**Key responsibilities

- Contribute to written texts/contents creations to deliver company messages in a simple, engaging and innovative way

- Assist the team in the production of communication activities (data collection, consolidation, data quality checks, reporting, etc.

)

- Support communications and employee engagement activities

- Learn to publish/post in internal platforms.

- Support the supervision of team editorial calendar activities.

- Partner with Creative Hub team to support Internal & External communications

Requisiti

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in writing/reading English and Italian

- Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Digital savvy: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

- University Degree preferably in Communication Science, Marketing, Communication Design, Management

- Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, share ideas and willing to take on new challenges.

**Required skills**:

- Attention to detail

- Creative mindset and problem-solving attitude

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to manage confidential information.

**Working location

- This position will be located at our Headquarter in Milan.

**Type of contract

- This is a 6-month internship that will start in a few weeks, and which will require full-time commitment.
