"Group People & Culture" is responsible to lead the cultural transformation of the Group.

- Our Group People & Culture (HR) Department is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join the team.

- The internship will allow you to work closely with different teams and thus getting exposed to a variety of activities linked to our Employee Life Cycle.

**What you'll be doing**:

Main activities:

- Gain firsthand experience in tasks that might include Reward & Benefits, Group Organization and People Analytics, Attraction, Learning & Development and Group Culture

- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for meetings, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis (for example with focus on Workforce and Organizational dynamics)

- Support the team in designing & developing strategic HR projects

- Perform ad-hoc tasks in line with strategic priorities

- Actively contribute to the organization of events

- The internship is open to students enrolled in both Bachelor's and Master's programs and is a 6-month-full time experience in our Headquarter in Milan - Gae Aulenti Towers.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Analytical skills and pro-active mindset

- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point

- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and results-oriented

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Collaborative and inclusive spirit

- Curiosity and attitude to innovation

- Fluency in both English and Italian

- Ability to maintain discretion and work with highly confidential information
